Budding Beaders: Bead a Keychain

Thursday, July 17 from 1–3 pm

Be creative, meet new people and learn a new skill while working with your hands! In this youth beading course, learn how to make a simple beaded keychain. All materials will be provided and no experience is required.

Additionally, visit the Art Gallery of St. Albert for a free family-friendly art activity in our Art Nook, featuring hands-on arts and crafts that complement our current exhibitions, with activities varying every month.

Our seasonal gift shop is now open at the St. Albert Historic River Lots + Grain Elevators!

Located inside of the train station, our gift shop offers a delightful selection of handcrafted items that celebrate the rich history and artistry of St. Albert. Many pieces in the shop have been handmade here in St. Albert by our very own local artisans! Visit us in person or shop online!

Open Wednesdays to Sundays (and Holiday Mondays) from 10 am to 5 pm. Entry is free (donations welcomed)

To enter Kinship Ecologies is to step into an expression of overwhelming gratitude for the natural world.

The smell of the land perfumes the space. Everything is harvested, gifted or reclaimed, and will ultimately decompose back into the land. For artist Lara Felsing, this is only a small gift of thanks given to the land - to kin.

Misti was made by a local kookum (grandma) and given to one of our Métis staff members. Come visit St. Albert's Historic River Lots Grain Elevators and see if you can find Misti hiding onsite. She will be in a new location every week. Miina kawapamitin!
